These terms govern your use of tempogolf.co and any purchase from Tempo ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and include the product only unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect confirmed orders.

Health disclaimer — please read. Tempo products are wellbeing and support aids designed for comfort and load management during activity. Any exercises, protocols, or guidance we provide (including the "Relieve & Rebuild" programme) are general information for educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use our products or guidance to self-diagnose. If you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition, consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting. Use our products and any exercises at your own risk; stop and seek advice if you experience pain, discomfort, or adverse effects.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, the Relieve & Rebuild protocol, branding, and logos — belongs to Tempo and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
